"Selection felt limited"
I was hoping to find a better variety, but there really weren’t many plants available when I checked. I also reached out with a question and the support reply felt kind of copy-pasted, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a little disappointing.

A friend recommended this to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try. The plants came in a sturdy box and everything was wrapped really well. No damage at all when I opened it up, which was a nice relief

I checked the plant descriptions and, they were mostly fine. Some of the details matched what I expected, but a few felt off, which always seems to happen with these kinds of listings. Not terrible, just not totally accurate either.

The delivery was frustrating. It kept getting pushed back, and the tracking info barely told me anything useful, so I felt totally left in the dark the whole time. The plants did eventually show up, but they were late, and after dealing with all that, I’m not planning to order again anytime soon...

"Pretty easy to use"
The site was straightforward. I found what I was looking for without too much clicking around, so no complaints really.
"Replacement process was way too slow"
My plant showed up damaged, so I reached out to get a replacement. They did respond, but every reply took days, and I kept having to send more photos even after I thought I’d already provided enough. What made it more frustrating was that I got different answers depending on who replied, especially about whether I could get a refund or had to wait for a replacement. It did get sorted out eventually, but the whole thing felt confusing and way less smooth than it should have been
"Plant showed up super healthy"
My plant got here looking really fresh, better than I expected. I was kinda worried it’d be all beat up from shipping, but nope — leaves were nice and green, soil was still pretty much in place, and it settled in quick. Really happy with it tbh.

Not gonna lie, the plant looked sad when it showed up. The leaves were brown and droopy, and it definitely didn’t look very healthy right out of the box

"Good value for the price"
I was happy with my order from Rooted. The price seemed fair, and the plant showed up looking healthy, so I didn’t feel like I spent too much. I know there are cheaper options out there, but this felt worth it to me and I’d order again

"They got my order issue fixed fast"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to support, and they actually sorted it out quickly. I remember because I was sitting there eating a slightly burnt piece of toast while waiting for the reply, and by the time I finished it, they had already helped me out. Really smooth experience overall.

"The plants themselves were fine, nothing amazing but..."
The plants themselves were fine, nothing amazing but not bad. But the subscription part? Oh my gosh, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. I swear I paused it, and then boom, charged again the next month like the system had personally decided to ruin my day. Canceling wasn’t exactly clear either, so I was clicking around like I was trying to solve a mystery. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a little while. Overall, not a total disaster, but I definitely wouldn’t sign up again.

I waited a few days to hear back from support, and when they finally replied, the answer was vague. Maybe I didn’t explain my issue clearly enough, but I was still hoping for something more helpful.

"Honestly relieved it went so smoothly"
I ordered from heyrooted.com and was a little nervous at first, but I was relieved by how easy it ended up being. Shipping was quicker than I expected, and I got the tracking info soon after ordering. The plant arrived in good shape too, which was my biggest worry. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the delivery estimate felt a bit vague in the beginning, but overall it was a good experience.

"Tracking was slow, slow enough to notice"
The tracking updates were slow, like I kept checking and checking because it wasn’t really moving. My order did arrive just fine in the end, so no big issue there, but I do wish the shipping info had been a bit clearer along the way.
